Love

"When you have been in a relationship your whole life and someone tells you that you have never experienced true love. And you have to accept that, like many other people, you are new to this thing called love."

What is love exactly? 

Is it the feeling that warms your heart when both your eyes lock upon each other from afar and your mouth turns instantly into a smile. Is it the tightness of his hugs that makes you feel protected in every single way? Is it the way he lifts you off the ground and plants a kiss on your lips? Is it the way you see his eyes twinkle when he look into yours and all you can see is yourself? Is it the pain that stabs your heart when you say things that are against what your heart want? Is it the tears that flow unknowingly?

There are so many definitions to love yet it's funny how I can't exactly know what the true meaning is anymore. Maybe love is like every fairytale where it always ends with happily-ever-afters. Maybe love is just simply believing in each other, to get through everything hand-in-hand. Maybe love....

Love requires courage, faith, belief, strength and so many other things. What I have to do now is find it all back, whether I can or not depends on the road laid out for me. I know fate has made our paths cross for a reason.
