my legs still hurt a little cux of all the long jumping. argh. it hurts the most ytd; i could hardly stand up. weak ya? hahas. :D thn my mum help me put a hot pack which was lyk darn shuang and it lyk lasted for 45 mins while i was lyk watching s'pore idol hehex. (: thn she applied the cream wif makes ur leg so icy for lyk 1 whole hour; thn i was lyk heng neva put the ice pack sia! hahas. (: i'll probably freeze to death. but it actually wrks and my legs only hurt a little liao. ^^
i hope it recovers by lyk tml; cux there's trging. and i'm not pon-ing it. :D so guai rites? (:
