There's no point wasting your emotions on things can never change.
Sometimes events you meet at work are no different from the encounters during school, the difference comes in the ways you handle it. Another difference is that there is a hierarchy level at work, which sucks terribly.(You don't know how much I have to say about this, yet it is eventually the sad truth )
Everyone has their own problems in different situations, don't be too hard on yourself/anyone else.
